It was extremely watered down upon opening it. When I went to apply it, EVERYWHERE. In my eye, my eye lashes, you name it. I didn't enjoy the product.

As they say you get what you pay for...and at a dollar this is just that a dollar eye liner..it is watery does not stay on long and gives me raccoon eyes after awhile...but on the flip side it is a dollar!!

I have always had issues with liquid eyeliners because they always make my eyes itch! I might be allergic or something, but this eyeliner did just that-it made my eyes itch. I love the E.L.F. brand, but this product just did not make the cut.

In this case.. You get what you pay for. My teenage daughter LOVES it but me , not so much. Came off very easily. I like my eyeliners to stay put until I take them off.

Did not like this product. It was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. It was hard to apply and messy.

I've tried this and thrown it in my purse for occasional use when i'm desperate, this is one of those that I find starts out fine but fades through the day, blah.

Nice tip that was easy to apply, great dark black color, but it did smear.

It's really watery and doesn't last long at all.

It's okay for a cheaper product, but it took more than one coat to make it really show, and it did burn my eye. So if you have sensitive eyes, it may not be that great.

Not really a fan of this product, it smudged pretty badly and didn't last too long.

I have tried liquid eyeliner before and found it hard to apply. I stick to regular eyeliner now.

I've purchased this product after going through so many different types of eyeliners, liquid, gel, crayon... I picked this up at Target for only a dollar, which was a great deal. I had also figured that if it turned out to be terrible, then a dollar wouldn't have been a huge waste. The product was very runny, easily smudged since it took so long to try and hard to apply due to the very very thin brush. I ended up switching out the brush with an old bottle of liquid eyeliner and it did apply better. I would only recommend this item for someone who needed to practice putting on liquid eyeliner - which does take some practice.

Although this eyeliner is cheap, I wouldn't recommend buying. This stuff is hard to apply the application brush is tiny and it smudges all over the place! I found myself having to go over my lid multiple times to get it to look smooth. Within minutes of applying this stuff it started to chip away and my eyeliner ended up looking like a dotted line. If you have the patience to reapply this stuff over and over then it might be worth a try, but I couldn't get mine to last for more then five minutes. The price is great but the quality is terrible!

The actual pigment and color was good but it is so wet it took awhile to dry, The moment I would open my eyes fully to see if each eye was symmetrical the eyeliner would smudge all over my eye lid. I also have super sensitive eyes and the liner would sting my lash line as it was drying. For the price of the product i would purchase again but it would take some getting used to.
