I do not diet but like this cereal it tastes great.

I can hardly stand to eat cereal, but this cereal is by far my favorite. It is so good and decently healthy. It's the only cereal I buy for myself.

This is an excellent cereal. I've eaten Special K for years then kind of got bored with it. Then I tried Special K with Strawberries. It's delicious! I look forward to breakfast when this is on the menu!

This is a great product! I have replaced eating cookies with a bowl of this and I am a true cookie monster, or used to be. It's the only cereal I've ever liked. I never thought much of the other kinds. Thank you Kelloggs!

Fruity Crunch Delight! For years, I've been a big fan of Special K Red Berries. Not only is it nutritious and the ideal way to start my day, but it is also packed with the sweetness of the dried strawberries and also provides a delicate crunch for texture. It is great alone, with milk, or with yogurt!

This cereal is very good. I love having the strawberries added to my cereal already.

Love it but wish the flakes were smaller. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Of all the Special K cereals, this is a favorite. I think a few more (or lots more) red berries could be added. I enjoy this cereal while feeling i am doing something good for me!

I've always been a Special K fan. This is a really good cereal. Th berries add a nice fruity burst of flavor but also unfortunately stick to my teeth. That drives me a bit nuts. It doesn't stop me from eating it though. I can always brush my teeth afterwards. :)

Not only one of my favorites, but my teenage son eats it without complaint. I am always happy when I can get it cheap with a sale and a coupon.

I just want to express how I feel about special k I have been drinking thier shakes.bars and cereals. Been on a very strict diet. Special k has made it very simple and my hunger - and cheating has been really controlled. So far with diet and working, out im at a 5 lb loss in just 2 weeks. Thanks Special k
