I received a sample to review and it couldn't have arrived at a better time. I was surprised at how thin yet absorbent they were. I had an awful cough and I didn't have any worries when coughing. I didn't even know I was wearing them. I would buy these again.

I thought this was a very well made product, it was discreet and I found it comfortable to wear. The pads were very well designed. I actually prefer my pads without wings, I find the elastic more comfortable. The only change I would make is an unscented pad as I do not like perfumes. I love Always products and have used many of them for most of my life. The Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads were fantastic to try! Like many Always products I absolutely LOVE the "fresh scent" and Always is the only company that has this fresh scent versus the baby powder scent that others use that I cannot handle because I don't want to smell like a baby. I gave some of these to my mom to try and now she prefers these. They were quite large for me but I have bought the regular size instead because of the quality. I rec'd a sample from SheSpeaks to try these out and I feel they are really great in keeping me feel dry when I wear them. They are super absorbent, keep me feeling fresh all day and they are a great quality product!

I received a free package of these and I was a little skeptical when the package first arrived. They looked quite big and I was positive they were going to be uncomfortable and be noticeable. I tried them anyway, and I was very impressed. They weren't uncomfortable at all, and the contoured shape of them fit nicely to my curvature. They absorbed very well and there was no leakage at all while wearing. My job involves a lot of movement and they endured with no bunching up. Also they prevented odor which was a very nice benefit as well.

When I received the package I used it for a week. I was skeptical at first because of others that I've tried. I was afraid of leaving home because I didn't feel protected. I even stopped going to visited my daughter and her family 3 hrs. away. Then I decided to try always discreet. I tried the ones that's overnight due to my weight well I was surprise that it helped a lot, surprised, I used it again. I have never seen/used a pad that curled on the side o the pad, loved it. It's my product now!!!

Fortunately, I was wrong. The Always pads were very absorbent, without all of the usual bulkiness. They were comfortable to wear and even had a pleasant, light scent. I was very pleased with the Always Discreet Bladder leak pads. They are a very nice long length size,comfortable to wear,Absorb leaks and odors within seconds.They are perfect for wearing at night time when going to bed,or even wearing during the evening at home or while out shopping. These were bigger than I expected but I am pleased with how well they stayed put in my clothes. They did not move around once placed so they kept me dry and protected from leaks and stains. I was also happy that they could not be seen in my clothing so I felt confident in more areas than one using these. I am glad I got to try them free to review because now I won't use anything else.

I received a complimentary package of Always long bladder pads. very good product. I happened to have the flu when they arrived and used one before I went to bed. the next morning before I got out of bed I had a terrible coughing fit. It lasted 3-4 minutes, a cough that would not stop. so, needless to say I had bladder leakage. all of my bladder! I could not move with the coughing. finally it subsided, and honestly, the pad did not leak at all. with my whole bladder leaking onto it. I am very impressed with this product. and the fragrance is very nice . not overpowering. very happy with these always pads.
