My daughter has a WII, I would love to own this game. I have saw the commercial for it I think it would help me to get more exercise.

My teen sons, 13 & 17, love this product. They spend hours playing & don't even realize their getting exercise! When I can get on it, I use it too. Very fun!!

Love this more than regular exercising! So fun

This is fun, but there aren't enough "cardio" type fitness exercises that really help you burn fat. Also if you gain a pound or two the system makes you click on a reason WHY you gained that weight. Like late-night snacking, etc. You should be able to turn that feature off, because sometimes you know why you're gaining weight and it's not always a bad thing. I'd rather work out to a fitness DVD and gain real results than work out with Wii Fit.

I get a good work out from this but I feel there is too much "down time". and i feel the cardio isnt enough.

The WII Fit is amazing. You actually have to move, walk, swing, throw..Really does help you stay in shape.. I don't have one, (hint hint) But I have been invited to WII parties.

Its fun but not so accurate. I could do the entire workout moving only one hand. I know if you do what it says then obviously you will get in a workout but workouts are only effective if done properly. I would recommend the xbox 360 with connect for workout gaming. More accurate.

Its fun for the whole family but if i really want a workout i will stick to my workout videos cause i don't work up a sweat with the wii fit.

I think this is a good way to get moving in the winter and keep track of your progress. It is a little awkward to get used to the board and the poses. I do a lot of yoga, and they help you perfect your poses. There are lots of good options so you won't get bored with the same exercise everyday.

My sister and I use this a lot. We love it and have no issues with it whatsoever.

We have owned this for 3 years and I have never, and will never use it. The fat little person on the screen was not something I wanted to see. It was not motivating, just embarrassing. Ea active is a much better choice.

I enjoy my wii fit but I think i need a new game. it just seems kinda boring. Can anyone recommend a new game?

I have mixed reviews , I own and love the system, especially all the movement involved so its not.a regular game console. However, sometimes getting the connection to the Wii antena is.a pain.

It is a great work out for the family.

The wii is ok my grand son who is 7 gets really aggravated at the controls because they don't work as fast as it should.
