Does exactly what it says! I'm notorious for buying tons of produce with the best intentions, only to get sidetracked and let a lot of it go south in the fridge. I'm really surprised by well the FreshWorks produce savers keep everything from baby greens to berries and asparagus fresh and crisp until those later days in the week when I'm usually tossing things that have gotten iffy. (I think it comes down to the piece in the bottom that keeps your veggies away from any moisture that might collect.) I can't imagine how much money these will save me in the long run, so I plan to make Sunday my prep day and get all of my fresh produce into my containers right away so it will last!
