I love the Always Discreet bladder pads. They're extra long and ultra thin. They're more comfortable than the other brands, and if you have leakage, they don't puff up and feel uncomfortable. They're price is comparable to other brands, but being thinner, you don't have that bulky feeling, and are more confident that no one knows you're wearing them. They have replaced my normal brand. I received a sample of Always Discreet for my honest review. I love this product. It is long enough and the sides are elasticized so that nothing leaks out. It is just thin enough that it doesn't bother me. Always Discreet has just enough adhesive on the back that it stays in place even with strenuous activity.

these are the best pads I have ever used. they are long enough and they hold a great deal of fluid. they smell like lilacs when you first open the pad and when you have urine leakage you can't smell the odor like other pads. When I first opened one of the pads, I thought it was a bit hard, but after putting it on and wearing it I realized it was very soft. They absorb well, have good odor protection, and I love the lightly scented fragrance. The pad is so thin you are not aware of it when wearing it. These are, by far, the best incontinent pads on the market! (Because I've used them all) The scent of the pads is a very nice addition because it makes me feel even more confident. The sides all around the pad are ruffled and raised, keeping urine from getting on your underwear. This was very important to me in a pad. Even though they are a thin pad, they hold more liquid than the thicker ones.
