I have lost 54 pounds using My Fitness Pal. The weight came off at a steady healthy pace. One of my favorite features is that I can add my own recipes. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. I would not hesitate to reccomend MFP to anyone.

great website! motivating, helps you feel like part of a group and that you have supporters! awesome! helps lose weight, by telling you calorie intake, and what is remaining. great tool!

I really like this website and app! It is easy and intuitive to use, contains an enormous amount of information, and makes tracking diet and exercise simple. The food database is nearly perfect, and the ability to scan barcodes with a smartphone and the app is convenient. Myfitnesspal is a real winner!!

This website is excellent for anyone trying to lose weight maintain their weight. A user can not only track weight, exercise and meals, but it's also easy to search for a product's nutritional information. If the product info is not in the database, users with most types of smartphones can scan the barcode and get the specific info. Because the data is full-label info, a user can keep watch on more than just caloric intake. If someone is, for instance, monitoring protein, this makes it easy.Users can add their own recipes and meal information. The best feature (IMO) is that the site & cell phone info does update together. Excellent for those users on the go. This is the best thing to happen to me since I have started watching my weight and exercises. If I had to say anything negative about this site, it is only that certain smartphones (such as Blackberry) don't have all the features in the mobile app. If I could, I would rate this higher than 5 stars. It's definitely a 10.

This is a great app. It has taught me a great deal about my eating habits and exactly what the food I am putting in my body is made of. I used this to help lose weight during my office biggest loser and it was extremely helpful. Now I am 6 months pregnant and I have still been using it to keep track of how much protein and other nutrients I am consuming to make sure the baby is getting what she needs.

This is a great tracking tool that you can use on your computer, ipad, or phone. It has a huge database, so it's easy to find your food item or something very close to it. You can customize it on your computer to put specific goals and settings. You can also put in your own recipe and see how much each serving actually is. I like that I can go back and tweak my recipe to lower the fat, carbs, etc in it before I make it.

This site is great. Its free and easy to use. The database has many items. Very user friendly.

Great App, Paid Version is better I only gave this 4 stars because although I use it daily, it hasn't really done much to help modify my behaviors. I do love the app, and the problem is probably more me than anything else. I definitely liked the paid version better than the non-paid, I just can't afford it. If you are losing weight, or trying to get in shape, this app really does help you be mindful of what you are doing to your body.

fitness pal is so easy to use. the only downfall is not being able to input your own macros. other than that ive been using it for years. i love looking at the graph to see all the weight ivve lost

MFP is a classic! I love the format, but I have to give it 4 stars because I feel you really need to know what you're doing to get better results. While there is a sort of community, I feel it lacks a support system that you can find in other (paid) platforms. It's a great base, but it may be better to use paired with some sort of plan.

This app saves the lives of carbohydrate counting diabetics I am newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic. This app has taught me how to count carbs that I need in order to dose my insulin correctly. My endocrinologist wants me to go on an insulin pump and using this app has made it possible. I am very happy with all it can do and I log into it multiple times a day. I would give it 5 stars if I was able to print off my daily food diary to take with me to my dr.

Keeps track of my daily intake and exercise. Helpful app but if you eat something homemade must enter everything for it. Very great tracker for losing or maintaining weight!!

Helps me keep track of my caloric intake. I'm trying to eat healthier and this makes what I always considered boring a little easier. Definitely worth a try. Not as great as the MyPlate program they had on the site, but definitely gets the job done.

I've heard this was a good product and would love to try it
