This is a fantastic free website! The free app is fabulous as well!

If you're trying to lose weight this is the way to do it. I can't say enough good things about MYfitnesspal. It helps me keep track of my daily caloric intake and makes it so easy because theres a barcode scanner that takes all of the guess work out of it. I have tried other programs, but have had great success with this one. You enter what you weigh, how many lbs. you want to lose per week and your goal weight and it will give you your daily calories to shoot for. It also has multiple exercises that you can enter, even to "waking while carrying a baby" and it will add those calories to your daily total. Once you complete your diary for the day myfitnesspal will tell you your projected weight in 5 weeks time if you were to maintain that days calories in/out. I have been able to lose the weight that has been so stubborn to get rid of in a reasonable amount of time and am thrilled with this app. If you're trying to lose weight, you've got to try Myfitnesspal! It really works as an aid in your weight loss efforts.

Possibly one of the best tools to use when you are trying to loose weight. I love the support provided by other users as well as the ability to use the vast amount of food in the database as well as exercises to track your net calories for the day.

I love myfitnesspal as it has been the reason why I have dropped almost 100 lbs. within 12 months time. myfitnesspal makes it easy to track calories, water intake and weight. I have never had any issues with finding the foods I eat when tracking my calories like I have with other programs. It's a fabulous weight loss tool and it's free which is awesome. I also love the community of others just like me for support and I have even participated in some of the weight loss challenges which is very motivating. What I also like is the android app for myfitnesspal is wonderful and when I am on the go I can still keep track of my calories and water intake. Just love it!!!!

Great site with a wonderful app that enhances it even more. Logging my food and exercise is easy to do and I love the weight tracking chart. I can interact with my friends so we can give each other support and encouragement. Another great feature is it's free and it's not just for people who are watching their weight I have friends that use it to track sodium intake, cholesterol, sugar whatever you need.

I have only been using the site for a week and already down six ponds. So easy to use and convenient on my blackberry and iPad.

I would give this a 10 out of 5. myfitnesspal is FREE, it has all the tools you need to get you to the next level. entry is easy both on the computer and on the phone. as a fitness professional and health club manager I strongly recommend this to everyone

I have lost 54 pounds using My Fitness Pal. The weight came off at a steady healthy pace. One of my favorite features is that I can add my own recipes. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. I would not hesitate to reccomend MFP to anyone.

This is a great app. It has taught me a great deal about my eating habits and exactly what the food I am putting in my body is made of. I used this to help lose weight during my office biggest loser and it was extremely helpful. Now I am 6 months pregnant and I have still been using it to keep track of how much protein and other nutrients I am consuming to make sure the baby is getting what she needs.

This is a great tracking tool that you can use on your computer, ipad, or phone. It has a huge database, so it's easy to find your food item or something very close to it. You can customize it on your computer to put specific goals and settings. You can also put in your own recipe and see how much each serving actually is. I like that I can go back and tweak my recipe to lower the fat, carbs, etc in it before I make it.

Awesome. When you abide by it, it really does keep you in line.

I love this app! It really works if you use it. It helps you manage and track what you eat/drink and calculate the calories as well as the calories you burn during exercise.

This website is excellent for anyone trying to lose weight maintain their weight. A user can not only track weight, exercise and meals, but it's also easy to search for a product's nutritional information. If the product info is not in the database, users with most types of smartphones can scan the barcode and get the specific info. Because the data is full-label info, a user can keep watch on more than just caloric intake. If someone is, for instance, monitoring protein, this makes it easy.Users can add their own recipes and meal information. The best feature (IMO) is that the site & cell phone info does update together. Excellent for those users on the go. This is the best thing to happen to me since I have started watching my weight and exercises. If I had to say anything negative about this site, it is only that certain smartphones (such as Blackberry) don't have all the features in the mobile app. If I could, I would rate this higher than 5 stars. It's definitely a 10.
