Not much to interest me I would only recommend this store for their perfumes. Im a curvy and busty girl. Their clothes dont fit me, their lingerie is limited and small, shoes over priced, housewares redunantly over priced and their jewelry counter doesnt have good warranties, and the ladies behimd the counter dont have any knowledge of what theyre selling. The perfume collection is nice but pricey and the minimum payment you can make on your card has gone up. Ive been a good customer and had a paid off Kohls card for years. Very discouraging

I just feel like everything is messy and unorganized, and it's hard to find things. Maybe it's my local store, but I don't like shopping here. I also feel like original prices are highly inflated so that the sale price seems good, when it actually should be the actual price.

So so Kohl's is normally the last store I check when I am looking for something. They are not situated around other stores, they are generally tucked back in a corner. I wonder if they really want you shopping there. Sometimes I find good deals, other times I am left feeling disappointed. I wish the prices and merchandise were more consistent.

Rather shop online then go to the store. Kohl's store in general is great but the employees need to understand body language m. In Cincinnati Kohl's the employees kept asking me( Black female) while this woman(white woman) was walking and stuffing. I was going to inform the next person that ask me if I'm finding everything ok, but instead I told her great example to the woman and went to Walmart where they understand. Smh

I use to shop at Kohl's all the time but now that I'm unable to drive, I have to do my shopping on-line and everything in my size is always sold out. Plus I feel the prices have really gone up. Unless I have multiple discounts I can use on items I will shop somewhere else

Love the app I don't always enjoy shopping in-store at Kohl's because it can be backed up at the check-out and sometimes the displays are very disorganized, but I really love their app, where you can purchase through the app and pick up in store. As a mom of little kids, this is a great option for me to get what I need without dragging them through the store.

Khols has great sales and I love how you can take amazon returns their now.

Kohls/ take it or LEAVE it Long lines!!! Lack of diversity. Clothes are all over the floor. Unless items are on sale - don't bother. Now they have amazon pick up and delivery portal which is chaos

I find things at Kohl's overpriced, though I do love the Amazon return desk. Many of their clothes appear poorly made.

Kohls is the perfect family store! they always have a sale going on, which is awesome! the designers are great, Lauren Conrad and Vera Wang. Great quality. Kohls Cash is my favorite around holiday time, you feel like you are paid to shop!

Kohl's is a wonderful store. They always seem to have interesting additions for our wardrobe ... I shop here at least once every season. I really love their membership program - pairing the membership discounts with the regular sales can get you some "deep sales" to help stretch your shopping dollars. Even my hubby can find things there from time to time.

You can find some really great deals at Kohls and they have a lot of different products I especially like their kitchen and home sections. However you have to be prepared to look through unorganized racks if you are looking for clothing, the sale racks are always a mess.

I like shopping at Kohl's, I can get good quality clothes for myself and my kids and the coupon deals make pricing even cheaper when you are on a strict budget.

Love shopping here, only do so if I have a promo coupon though, the prices of most of the items are out of my price range if I don't get it on sale or discounted with a coupon.

Great store for shopping if you have a coupon, catch sales, or clearance. I love their women's and homegoods depts
