I just cooked these as is in the skillet because I wanted to taste it in the original state. Very yummy. The kids really liked it. I hope to try it a few more ways for the family to try.

I opened up the casings and browned the sausage crumbles. Used them in an egg and cheese strata type dish for the family dinner. The flavor was just right for this kind of recipe, not too hot for the kids.

We made the ziti dish and it was so easy and tasty! The casings are much better than any of the other sausages I've tried. My only wish is that it were lower in fat...I feel like I can't serve it often since it's not a good lower fat choice.

Loved them especially for breakfast

I had a little trouble finding this product in our stores, but used the ziti recipe after I finally purchased it. I have to admit to not being overly excited by the aroma as I cooked the sausage, but the end product was very good. My husband was especially timid about trying it, but even he decided it was a nice change from hamburger, etc.! I'm hoping to find other varieties available in our stores soon.

We really enjoyed the sausage. In the past we've always eaten them as a separate dish. I loved the recipes ideas! Even my kids were willing to give it a shot once we added it to spaghetti! (We did half beef & half sausage)

We ate these straight off the grill!

Loved it! Used it in my Beefy Cheese Spiral casserole. It added that extra umph and everyone loved it...

It had GREAT texture - not too processed like many commercial brands... My only complaint was that it was EXTREMELY salty. It was easy to cook, tasted great grilled and pan fried.

Personally I am not a big sausage fan. I didn't really like them, nor did my kids, but we did a get together with some coworkers and the sausage was a huge hit. We heard many positive compliments on how delicious they were. So although I may not sure them at home I will definately consider them for our next get together.

I made this sausage cut up in a fry pan with slightly cooked boiled potatoes cubed, sliced green pepper and onions..sauted in a fry pan with oil.

I made a sausage and egg casserole. The family loved it. We haven't eaten italian sausage much, so they were a little leary. But they all enjoyed it and asked for it to be made again. We can't wait to try the other varieties.

It was great..... I prefer the sweet version better. My family especially my husband enjoyed the mild and hot version. It was great with potatoes, onions, pepper dish that make. Very easy to make.

nice sausage I like using it in spagettie sauce.

These came out great on the grill! So easy to cook and so juicy, even I couldn't screw them up! Even my very picky 3 yr old had some.
