When we moved from Florida to TN I was so upset we didn't have a Publix. It was one of the things I missed the most. After almost two years we finally got one and I was doing a dance waiting for it to open! The stores are always clean and the staff friendly. I love that they hire the local teenagers. Best grocery chain hands down

This is my favorite store. I will drive farther to get to my Publix's. The store is clean and very well lit. When there is problem they fix it quickly.

Publix is a clean organized place to shop. I love their bogo deals and their customer service is amazing! I moved to Florida earlier this year and I was surprised that I get help to my car with all of my bags! Great when you have your babies with you!

This store is expensive! However - that being said, this store also has some of the highest quality foods available for purchase without going to an organic store. We love being able to get our meat straight from the counter and the butcher recognizes us when we go in. The staff are very friendly and are always more than happy to help you out to the car. We've never had a problem with Publix and the customer service there is excellent. If you bust open a package on the way home, you can bring it back to them and they will exchange it for you, no questions asked, even if the accident was "your fault". They are worth the extra money spent.

I love Publix! Some of their products are a little more expensive than Walmart or Target, but the quality of the meat and produce is well worth the extra money.

Great quality grocery store, excellent customer service!

Publix offers a wide variety of food, from it's own generic brand to gourmet brands. It gets PRICEY though, so it isn't my first choice to do my shopping. I like their hot foods and their ready to go foods, they are pretty good. I like to shop at Publix, but I have a large family so it has priced itself out of my family.

Love Publix The prices are a little on the higher side, though not among the most expensive out there. With that being said, they have an incredible assortment of products and brands, including a high-quality store brand. They're very good to their employees, as well, with a store full of happy, helpful staff that work to ensure that all the customers are kept as happy as possible and store is tidy.

Not a fan Not impressed by their overpriced products and disappointed by their poor produce selection (I have been to stores in Alabama and Florida)

3.0/5.0 Rating I have visited a Publix in Florida while on vacation numerous times. I did enjoy the lighting of the store but the layout was confusing. It reminded me of a fancy Jewel Osco. I did not enjoy their prices and felt things were too expensive.

Prices are higher than other supermarkets but they make really good subs/hoagies.

Friendly, clean, helpful, and great customer service. They just need to do something about their high prices and sometimes bad produce.

They are a very nice store! Very clean and well maintained. I dont shop there as they are way too expensive though

Publix is always clean, most employees are friendly and helpful. Produce is fresher-wish they had a larger organic section. The Publix near my home is smaller than other grocery stores and sometimes I can't find products I use. Prices vary quite a bit-sometimes they are much higher and sometimes lower.
