This was actually given to me as a gift from a friend who bought one for herself as well. At first I was was pretty excited because how often do you get to try stuff you've only seen on tv lol plus it was a gift so that's always a plus. The first week went by great did not remove any hair though by the time the second week came my legs felt very tender so I had to stop. And still did not remove any hair, I'm not sure if it was my skin texture or what but personally wouldn't not go and buy it. My friend however did see results so.. there ya go. I guess I would recommend it to try and see if it works for you but not based on y personal experience.

This product did not remove the hair it was not worth the money if I wanted my legs attached up I would have just bought sandpaper.

I was disappointed with this product...it removed the hair from my legs but took a while and it made my skin red and sting.

doesn't work. wouldn't recommend this to any one..

It felt like using sandpaper and it irriated by skin especially after putting lotion on it would burn I developed red bumps almost like I was getting a rash it does not work for hair removal. However I say if you are looking for an intense skin exfoliator this would help.

This thing is garbage for removing leg hair. However, I will admit that I like to use it on my upper lip. BUT, sometimes it irritates it and leaves my lip red and raw for days. Sometimes its ok. I wouldnt recommend to anyone with sensitive skin, like me.

It's ok. I was given this as a gift, and was so happy that I didn't buy it myself. It gets the hair off, but you have to use so many of the pads and it doesn't work all that great on courser hair.

This product is basically sandpaper for the skin. It does remove hair and does an excellent job exfoliating as you would expect after sanding. I wouldn't use it every day though. I tried this a couple of times and then went back to waxing myself. The only use I would recommend it for is if you want a great leg exfoliater.

I love that I'm able to use this product while doing other things ( helping with homework, just relaxing) definitely easier than shaving with three kids running around. Keeps hair gone longer which is nice since I have really thick black hair and have to shave everyday to stay smooth but the downfall and it's a big one, it takes me about an hour and a half to complete this process.

When I used this stuff, I put on lotion before using, and guess what it made me ashy. It hardly got any hair from legs. I am very disappointed with this product.

does not work!!! you have to rub in circles so many times to just get ONE hair out. it's horrible!!

I did not enjoy this item too much. While it did remove my hair, I also felt lile I was scrapping my skin up with how hard you have to push down to remove the thicker hair.

When I used the Smooth Away Hair Remover on my legs it did nothing but scratched up my skin. It was very painful and and did nothing for the hair on my legs.

It might work if you want to spend countless hours trying to remove hair from your body, I'd rather just shave instead. It takes forever to make the hair go away and doesn't exactly feel good against the skin.

I had heard prematurely great results about this product from a friend and ran out and bought it. Within days the friend told me it wasn't as great as she initially though--and I agree. Sure, the smooth away gets rid of the hair on my legs and makes my skin feel really smooth, but you can use each pad only once--and it only comes with 4 large and 4 small pads. Meaning: You get only 4 "good shaves" with the 10 bucks you spend on the product. The small pads are supposed to be for things like under arms or facial hair--I only attempted to use it on my underarms and I might as well have rubbed a cheese grater under there. It didn't remove ANY of my underarm hair and left me with what felt like excruciating razor burn. Really not worth the 10 bucks; I'd rather just shave.
