I was given false information about the product line, and never received my full purchase. i contacted customer service, who never returned my call. Overall the product is ok, but i would not order again.

I've used several of their products (mineral powders, concealers, brushes, etc.) and so far I have been very happy...and the prices are unbeatable !

Some of the products are great- like the professional series mascara, but others are a little less satisfying. I didn't like the pencil eyeliner or the nail file I ordered, but when it's so cheap you can try different things until you figure out what is worthwhile.

I have to tell you I went and used our member offer to E.L.F and I received my items the other day in the mail and I LOVE THEM. It was low cost, shipped very fast, great quality, love the colors.. I have been telling everyone I know. GO LOOK!
