I bought this thinking it would be a great thing to keep my dog busy. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with her. She wasn't a fan and didn't want to take the time to try and get to the treats or peanut butter. She's a bit too hyper. :) They are also very difficult to clean and if you don't get it all out it gets pretty gross. I had to eventually throw hers away which is a bummer because they are expensive.

I have a beautiful red nose Stafford Shire Terrier that reduced this to little red bits of nothing in less then 15 min. However Tractor Supply's customer service practices stepped up and refunded my money but not before first sharing with me a good laugh after I showed them the date and time of purchase from my receipt in comparison to the now date and time I was handing them what was left of the toy in a ziplock bag so sorry Kong but I guess it's back to the drawing board

We have bought many Kong toys in the past, which we love! They are one of the only toys that actually last more then 5 mins. We bought 2 of these toys. 1 for each of our pitbulls. Within 5 mins both toys were destroyed into tiny little chewed up red pieces. Sorry but we will not be buying this toy again.

Chewy mess My dog is a boxer pit bull mix, and she loves toys! But seems to give them too much love. She tears them to shreds in about a day. I have to say it did last about 4 but she had the ball in shreds EVERYWHERE! I don't know how she does it, especially on the package it says chew prof or something but poor girl just ends up ruining all her toys.

chewwed up says indestructible, but apparently not when you have a great dane my dog destroyed this in less than a week.

My dog could care less about this. Doesn't matter what is in it or what I do with it....Might be the smell of the rubber or what ever material it is made of. Was an expensive toy that is ignored.

My dog really does not like this toy. She love peanut butter. I just can not get her to play with the toy.

My dog played with this for a while but got tired of it when he couldn't get the treat. I guess if he went at it longer he could have gotten the treat out but he lost interest.

We've always had golden retrievers (totally food-driven dogs) and our dogs have never really gone for this type of toy. They just don't like the taste of this type of rubber. We've had other treat filled toys and they go right for it, but the kongs have never been touched. Its a great sturdy toy, just not one that goldens seem to like We've have 5 over the years, and none like. Labs, however, seem to enjoy it.

My dog is more of a "plush toy" fan. He doesn't really go for the hard plastic toys. However, he did come up to it and paw at it. Once he saw that it wasn't plush, he walked away from it.

I have heard nothing but good things about Kong dog toys so I bought this one for out Great Dane. I have to admit, He didn't care for it. Unfortunately I apparently have a lazy dog. He was not at all interested in "working" for his treat. He just sniffed it and walked away. I know what I put in it he loved but, he did not want to play with it. While I know many others who swear by these, in my case, it was a waste of money.

I did not purchase the large one but rather the smaller one for my Maltese. He absolutely loved it at first; getting the treats out was difficult at first and fulfilled his purpose. Unfortunately, he learned the trick to getting the treats out in seconds almost immediately.

Both dogs will have nothing to do with it, if I add treats or peanut butter they nose it, then walk away. Both have toys but this one was a fail.

I like that this toy is durable. However, I bought this toy to help keep my dog more occupied while I was away. The treats always fall out, there is no challenge. I was really excited to share this toy with my dog, but he just looked at it and seemed really uninterested. Maybe if I try the peanut butter I will get a better reaction, but so far I am disappointed. For the price, I could just buy a bunch of tennis balls (he likes those better).

I love my big cuddle baby Zeke so I got him a bunch of new toys for new years ... He went nuts on most of them but this one got played with the most.
