I received a free package of Always Discreet Ultimate Long pads and they were o.k. They were a little long and hard to get used to at first, but they did do the job.

I received from She Speaks a sample of always Discreet Pads to review. They were the long version. Long is an understatement. They were so long I couldn't believe it. I'm used to using Poise Pads Long which are normal. This product size was huge. I tried it several times but it was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sitting on a diaper. The fragrance was fine though. I hope to never have to use something that is this big.

I'm sure this product works very well for women with significant bladder leakage. My bladder leakage is minimal; so when I wore these; I felt constantly reminded I was wearing a massive pad I just didn't need. There was comfort however, knowing that no leak was getting through that shield. I will recommend to anyone with moderate to heavy bladder leakage though. I was not a fan of the strong perfume smell. It was overwhelming to the point that I did nit use the sample. I passed them along to a friend.

The Always discreet ultimate long pads were quite comfortable and didn't show any signs of bulkiness under my clothing. The long length was just what I needed for added security and are perfectly suited for nighttime wear. The extra wide adhesive keeps the pad secure, but the adhesive doesn't extend all the way to the ends, leaving about an inch unattached. This doesn't create an issue at initial placement, but does after a bathroom visit. The ends fold down as the panties are pulled up and have to be repositioned. Otherwise, I think they're great at what they do and recommend them to anyone, particularly those with nighttime issues. Always Discreet and SheSpeaks sent me a free sample to try and review.

I found the Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads sent to me to test to be a really great product! They absorb well and don't bunch up like another brand I had tried. The elastic does not irritate my legs and the adhesive works well except at the ends which have to be adjusted after going to the bathroom. No big deal except they fold in and feel funny if you don't fix them right away. The thing I don't like is the length of the pad. I found it to be way too long and kind of hung down in the back making me self conscious that they could be seen through my pants. I would buy the Always brand, but try to find a shorter length.

I really liked these a lot, they were very comfortable and had good coverage. The only thing that I didn't like was how thick they were and that they did hang over the sides of the underwear a bit.
