Ah! I love this book so much and have shared it with other ladies all the time. It is one of the best dystopian society books I've read. We won't talk about the last book, but the first book is SO worth it. Find some time for yourself and go read it!

Love this book. It WAY BEATS OUT The Hunger Games in my opinion. It kept me turning the page until I finished it within 24 hours. So great! The second book is just as good and I am about to embark upon the third. Good work Veronica Roth!!

Scale: 1star = infinity Best book ever!!!!!! Great even if you hate reading this book is great

I have read the whole series. Out of the trilogy this was definitely my favorite book. It's a great story and was a good read for someone who loves series and dystopian novels.

This book is an amazing read. It's fast, fun, great for people who love the Hunger Games - and I'd even go as far as to say that it's better than The Hunger Games. Strong, interesting female all the way!

I like the social organization, the other world. It is very entertaining, yet becomes drole as it transcends into the rest of the series. Makes you think about your values.

I really did love this book! Young adult distopian novels are definitely attention grabbing. If you like the Hunger Games and are looking for a similar read, then this is a book you will love!!

Pretty good! I need to catch up with the entire series!

The book was good in how it set up the settings and drama for the rest of the book. My only complaint is how in a world were people are constantly going to different factions, why is it such a surprise when people change. Other than that complaint the book was good.

An overused plot I've read a ton of young adult/ teen series and I usually read them all the way through, even if I don't thoroughly enjoy them at first. I could not bring myself to continue this series. Not necessarily because it's terrible, we all love a good utopian style society slowly going wrong plot but because it is such an overused storyline, I did not feel compelled to complete it, there are better-written stories out there with similar plot styles and strong female characters.

Ehh, depends on your taste I know a lot of people are a fan of this series. But I have to say I just wasn't that into it. I didn't care for the movie either.
