My niece has this and loves it!!! I am getting one for my cousin for the holidays. We love that it is so durable.

my lil sis has one of these, she loves it she says it makes her feel older and responsable to have her own digital camera we love taking silly pictures of each other kinda makes a bond a lil bit..and yes the pics arent great but its a great learning tool and its fun we enjoy having it as a family.....she loves it and thats really all that matters..maybe one day ill get her a real one but for now were letting her learn how to work one and prepare her for that with Vtech Kidizoom Plus Digital Camera.

Love it. Perfect for the young photo enthousist.

I am buying this for my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter for Christmas. Her parents are great photographers and she likes to pick up their expensive cameras and play with them. Hopefully this will help to keep little fingers off of big kids toys. I have read great reviews I hope they are accurate.

I bought 2 of thease for our nephew's for Christmas I saw it at a Birthday Bash and was really surprise how the child was so taken by the camera and felt that it was going to be a good choice for us to give for the holidays.. The price was also in our budget..

My daughter has this camera, she loves being able to see and edit her pictures on the screen but the batteries drain very quickly. We have never gone more than a day before having to change them. The pictures are grainy, but fine for a child's camera, the effects are really fun. It also takes videos which is neat. I would recommend it to someone with small children.

This camera does take photos but definitely for fun only.. The quality of the photos is not very good. They come out blurry and grainy. The kids like the games . They love to go around the house taking pics of everything.

the quality is not the greatest but for low pixal count it is great, since eye piece is like a view finder style they can see better. kids love to try and do angles and do thier own shots and tend not to complain about the quality, they are more interested in that they took the pics

For being a kids camera it's pretty decent

I got the older version for my then 5 yr old daughter in 2008. She loves it. It was very easy for her to figure out how to record movies, add sound to pictures and play the games. She loves to hook it up to the tv to play the games and look at her pictures. We have had the camera for 2 1/2 years and my 2 yr old son enjoys using it also. The only drawback to it was that printed out pictures were very bad quality. What you saw on the screen or on tv would look good and clear but the printed pictures would be blurry and not even worth printing. I understand that the new version of this camera has addressed this issue and made it somewhat better. However, my kids still love just taking the pictures and looking back at them on the camera.

My daughter is on her second one of these cameras, as the first one broke. She does enjoy editing the pics, and loves to take videos of herself and her brother doing everyday things. However, the first camera stopped working for no reason. She had turned it off, put it down on her bookshelf, and when she picked it back up again 30 mins. later it was dead. I tried changing the batteries, and pressing reset with no avail. It has absolutely no power. So to sum up, she liked it enough that we had to buy a second one, but am skeptical as to how long it will stay functioning.

I think I am going to buy this for my niece as one of her Christmas presents. She loves talking pictures, this should put a smile on her face. Thank you for the recommendation.

Very durable but that's about it. Takes terrible pics! I recommend that if you're child is fairly responsible and doesn't throw electronics but has an interest in taking pics, buy them a cheap but real digital camera on Amazon. I got my 8 year old daughter hers for about $40 last Christmas and she does very well with it.

The fun of taking pictures is there....but you really can't view anything from the tiny...grainy looking screen. It would be better to just purchase an inexpensive REAL digital camera (probably for the same price) and see how that goes. Not a fan....sorry.

Bad camera This camera is terrible. My son had a hard time taking pictures with it and the batteries kept dying (it sucks the life out of them). We finally just threw it in a drawer and gave it away the next time we took stuff to goodwill. This was not a fun toy.
