Not the Best I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions. I did not care for these tampons. I felt like they were difficult to insert and I often had to insert them without the applicator.

Applicator needs work ?I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions.? I really like the fact that I can carry these in a small pouch instead of having to tote a purse around. I do not think the applicator is made well at all! Hope that gets worked out very soon as I have teen daughters that also tried them with the same issue.

Application too small I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions. This type of tampon did not work at all for me. The applicator was too small for proper insertion thus leaving it uncomfortable or just come right out. I prefer the longer applicators with more leeway for error and insertion

Leaks I received a free sample of tampax to try from shespeaks and the following are my opinions. At first look they are small.and compact and can easily fit in a small purse or clutch and they have a fun design on the packaging. Once I used them however I was not that pleased with them. I didn't really like the way the compact applicator was designed and for me they didn't hold up very well. I was constantly having to change due to leaking and I haven't really had that trouble let very often since getting my period. Did to that fact alone I don't really think I would use them again.

I also do not care for all that plastic for environmental reasons. I would not buy these again, but will keep the remaining and put in my purse for emergencies. Hopefully Tampax will start to make more eco-friendly products and use organic cotton. I would love to buy those!

Still prefer my go-to brand I received a free sample of Tampax to try from SheSpeaks and the following are my own opinions. I usually use ob because of the way they expand width wise and are compact enough to carry in your pocket. While these are smaller than regular tampax they are still too big to fit comfortably in your pocket. Also I do not like the way they expand out and flat. Probably won't buy.

I like the idea of this being compact, however the applicator design allows for the plunger to slip out of place and prevent the tampon from being inserted fully.

Applicator not very good This is my first time using a 'compact' tampon. Yes, it's convenient in terms of its size so it takes up less space in my purse. However, I had a lot of difficulty inserting this tampon. It took me a good 5 minutes or so before I got it in as I was getting quite frustrated. I really disliked the applicator and I've never had a problem with any other tampons. Everything else worked fine except for the insertion part. I actually had to go back to my box and pull out the instructions to see what in the world I was doing wrong. Would I purchase this next time? Probably not. Efficient on the flow end, but I'm in agreement with the others, the applicator isn't the best it could be. Smoother 'discharge' of the tampon would be an important improvement to make this product live up to the Tampax name.

Not my favorite. Applicator could def use some work . Not a fan of these. For some reason I have a hard time inserting these. They keep coming out of the applicator before they are correctly inserted. I went through 2 of them before I got one to work. The next day, very same thing. Tampax Pocket Pearl Review I love the discreet size and cute packaging of these but can't get past the terrible applicator. The tampon would constantly come out of the applicator and was way too much trouble to use. I'd love to see that feature of the tampon get some improvement. However, the Pocket Pearl was not reliable for me. Even when my flow was not heavy and the tampon was not fully saturated, the tampon leaked and I needed to use a backup pad, which completely defeats the purpose of a tampon
