You need this I'm so thankful that I've found this! It really helps prevent rashes because it just coats this gooey protective layer and prevents poo or urine from sitting on the skin, causing rashes and discomfort

Can be messy

I received a sample of this cream when I had my son. I used to use another cream but found that I wasn't using it as often as the butt paste. It is very effective and creamy. My only issue was that it didn't come off as easily when I would wipe him off but in retrospect, I'd hate to have a cream that came off as soon as it got wet.

My 1 year old daughter had a horrendous diaper rash due to reaction to an antibiotic. Practically bleeding, I had no idea what to do. My sister asked if I ever tried this brand and I remember seeing it, but never tried it. Within a day, her diaper rash cleared up! I have been using it ever since, not only for her but other family members for sweat rashes and it always works.

Butt paste I don't know if it was just the tube that I bought but I bought the RedTube when my 2-year-old had a really bad rash from a new pull up that we tried. That stuff was a mess and it was greasy and it didn't stay on her very well, so it's definitely a no-go for me!

Not for us We never really had a great experience with this product. It never really seemed to control the rash and I found Aquaphor was better as a preventative. However, I have several friends that swear by it.

I trie this from a recommendation from a friend but this did not work for my children as well as another leading brand I use. I also did not love the consistency.

Desitin max strength works much faster.

We got this as a gift at our baby shower, and I was less than impressed with the effectiveness of it. Neither of my babies ever had horrible diaper rash issues. We always treated as soon as they got pink. I noticed when applying this that things never got better, and the rashes continued. I now only use diaper cream with zinc and it clears them up in no time at all. Cannot recommend this product, although I know many others swear by it.

Never worked on my son,,, just seemed to make the rash worse :(

My son used to get bad diaper rash. I tried everything, including this product. It wouldn't stay on his skin well, and just did not help clear it up.

This did nothing for my son.

I do not recommended this product at all because when you apply it to the babies area when its time tochange the next diaper the cream is hard to come off.
