We had this sausage with pasta and it was delicious!

The best way to eat the Johnsville Italian Four Cheese Sauages are from the grill to the bun with a side of baked beans. YUM!

Loved it with Sausage and Peppers -- better than Hatfield - not overly saltly like some sausages. Picky Italian husband preferred it to our favorite. Surprise.

This was my favorite of all. My second choice is the Hot. I will continue purchasing this brand.

These sausages are so delicious! The cheese really adds a fantastic flavor to them. I always use them in my White Bean and Sausage Stew, one of my Family favorite! Ingredients 6 (3 oz.) Johnsonville Italian Four Cheese sausages 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 large onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 (15 oz.) cans white beans (Great Northern or navy), rinsed and drained 1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, drained 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried thyme Salt and pepper Preparation Poke holes in sausages and put in a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/4 cup water; bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook sausages, turning, until lightly browned and water has evaporated, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring often, about 3 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes and thyme. Put half of bean mixture into a slow cooker. Arrange sausages on top, followed by remaining beans. Cook on high for 4 hours. Check after 2 hours and add water if mixture looks dry. Remove sausages; slice thickly. Season beans with salt and pepper. Return sausage to stew. (Stew can be kept, frozen and tightly sealed, for up to 1 month.)

What's not to love about sausage and cheese! Even my 23 year old loved it and he doesn't like much. Will definitely buy again.

I am normally a sweet Italian sausage love but I have to say these had such a nice flavor. Hats off to you Johnsonville you changed my taste buds around.

My family LOVED the 4 cheese sausages so much that they want to request it at least once a week:) THis was our favorite sausage by Johnsonville and we have told all of our friends how delicious Johnsonville sausages are.

This was my families favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love the 4 cheese sausage. I make spinach noodles with a homemade white cream sauce and after I cooked the sausage i cut them up and added it to the pasta. It was quite yummy if I do say so myself.

We simply just took this and grilled them , put them on buns, everyone in the family really enjoyed the flavor, quick easy dinner!!!! YUMO

This was by far my favorite out of the 3 I tried! Not to cheesy, and not to spicy. The only ones that didn't give me heartburn. There is a lot of different ways to fix this one up, and my kids LOVED them too. This is will now be the product that I buy! Thanks J-Ville!

The Four Cheese was my absolute favorite! The taste was AMAZING!! I fried it up with some onions, spinach & garlic. Mixed it with some olive oil & pasta. Yummy!!!

This four cheese was my absoulte favorite. I loved having that cheese flavor in every bite. we also put halves into soft tortilla shells and made a meal out of it. oh so good

I had never tried this product from J-ville and was quite surprised at how good it is! The cheese is mild and the balance of cheese to sausage is just right. It is certainly a more adult offering and may not be appreciated by the young set. I love it and plan to use it with pasta. It works great with alfredo! I also think it is great for the grill and would serve it on a bun with peppers and onions! This definitely will add to my meal repertoire! Thanks for letting me try this. A real find!
