great for sausage, pepper and onion sandwiches...great flavor

My family goes crazy over these, I put these in my pasta every time. When we use this sausage there isn't a bite left!

I love these sausages for their versatility. You can remove the casings and brown the meat to put into pasta sauce, or they are even good plain, completely without a bun and with just a dab of mustard. I love serving these with our standby steamed veggies or sometimes we splurge and serve it with stuffing! YUM!!!

Love making this with some peppers and onions. Cooks up real quick! I have even used it in my spaghetti sauce. YUM!!!!

I love makine this sausage in the slow cooker and letting it cook for hours! It turns out great everytime, the aroma, the size and taste are great. This is a great sausage!

My family probably eats this sausage a little too often. We make meatballs out of it for spaghetti night, slice them up with bow tie pasta, peppers and onions, and ( my personal fav ) crumbled it on pizza. So yummy!
