Yummy cheese This product was amazing! I love how moist the cheese was and the flavor was to die for. I used it for Mac and cheese and it melted beautiful I will definitely buy again!!

Seal of approval I really, surprisingly, enjoyed this lactose free alternative. The reason I say surprisingly, is because I adore cheese of all varieties, but due to recent health issues, I'm unable to indulge as I once did. I can say that this actually tastes like true cheese! I topped my salad with it, added it to a homemade pizza and.... Everyone loved it!! Texture is in point, and it's got a creaminess to it that's very fulfilling!

Great for lactose-intolerant cheese lovers Green Valley Creamery Lactose-free mozzarella cheese One of the worst challenges about becoming lactose intolerant is that I am VERY fond of cheese. I usually take my lactase enzyme, but know that if I overindulge, I'm going to pay a price. It was so lovely to eat this cheese without having to make special preparation or take medication, and I am so happy that I can be spontaneous again, and just pop some cheese into my mouth whenever the mood strikes. I tried eating Green Valley Creamery Lactose-free mozzarella cheese both raw and melted, and it was tasty in both cases. The texture seemed just slightly different from non-lactose-free cheese, but that may have been just my projection since I knew this one had been treated. The only drawback is that it took me a while to find the product itself, and I wasn't able to try the variety that I had planned on. I am going to try the other products that this company has (provided I can find them), and I am delighted to have an alternative that will allow me to snack on cheese whenever the mood hits.
