gentle & lasts forever! I use this toner every single night and some times in the morning, too. I apply it by dabbing lightly on my skin using a cottonball, after cleanser, but before serums. Somehow this bottle has lasted me over a year! I'm so impressed. Good bang for your buck. The toner itself is very gentle, so I think it's good for all skin types.
