I know this primer is a cult classic, however, I find that silicone based primers are pore clogging. Also, while they do help diminish the look of any unwanted texture on the skin, they cause your makeup to slip throught the day. This primer did not work well for me and my very dry skin type.

Not the Best for Sensitive Skin Amazing primer, help my makeup all day. But I do have sensitive skin and it really dried out my face and left irritation.

Not for sensitive skin I always get this as a sample in beauty bags. It breaks my skin out horribly, so I never use it all over the face. However, it does work relatively well as an eyeshadow primer for me. That being said, I would not purchase this product solely for that purpose. It's too expensive.

I do feel like this product makes me makeup and base last longer but it isn't very moisturizing. It's a very silicone feeling primer but it's not bad.

Looks Great...Mostly. There are many things I like and dislike about this particular Smashbox primer. I really love how lightweight it is. You can also feel the barrier between your skin and foundation if you touch it before applying your preferred foundation. It is more silicone based from what I can tell so it's better to use a foundation that is also silicone based. I love how beautiful my foundation looks with it on. My main issue is that it is pretty high and separates foundation on my nose and chin area so I have to use two primers. And it is pretty expensive for the amount of product.

Not for Those with Oily Skin, On Normal to Dry it Works Wonders I use this primer pretty regularly and I do find it does prolong my makeup. However, only on the dryer areas of my face. This works great on my cheeks and jaw which are normal to dry, it makes my foundation last much longer than without. I just don't like it for my oily t-zone, it tends to slide around just as much as the foundation on top of it and actually makes the foundation rub off fairly easily. I would recommend this for people with normal to dry skin.

Liked it I did like this primer. I use it under my foundation and it keeps it smooth and long lasting. This is a great primer compared to a lot of other products out there. I recommend

Love! One of the best primers out there. Makes skin feel soft and smooth and your foundation glides on super easily after using. Only downfall is the price.

Smooth, soft to touch finish. No long dry time. Foundation over this. stays true to color throughout the day. No clogged pores. No scent or color. Lasts long time. Goes on well even over top of moisturizer. A bit pricey. And might not recommend if you have super sensitive skin or turn red very easily. Though most of my friends that have dry to only slightly sensitive skin have not had problems.

Cannot exactly remember how I got my hands on this primer, but I am so glad I did. I have oily skin, and some primers tend to make me even more oily, and make my makeup look caked up. This primer worked beautifully, and I had no issue with nay oily spots. Good job Smashbox, job well done!

Perfect primer My favorite primer. Smooth flawless finish. No irritation or clogged pores. No scent or color.

smashbox primer This is a great primer I have tried it before as a sample. Nut it is a bit pricey for me.
