My household did not like the product at all. We felt the texture it gave the water was almost slimy. It had an after taste that no one cared for. I think for hydration a when we are sick we will stick to Gatorade and Popsicles.

I will say it did Hydrate me but I did not like the taste at all. If fact it was hard for me to drink because it tasted like the Lemon drink you get when you get your diabetes test while pregnant... I liked how hydrated I was but I would rather drink straight water than this stuff the way they tell you to prepare it. It was almost chalky to the taste. I added 16oz of water instead of 8 oz and it was not that bad at all. I suggest if you dont want it to taste medical grade water it down.....

My kids love it but I thought it was nasty like a salty lemonade. I wouldn't buy it

i had try this product and though i had thought the flavour was nice...especially since it was not very sweet...i only give for this one star...it had really upset my stomache and made me feel quite ill...that i could not drink it anymore...i had try to drink it on 3 diferente days...and each time was the same...never again

I had both of my kids try it, but they didn't care for it. Then I tried to water it down, as well as making it more concentrated, tried adding honey, nothing could make them drink it.

I did not care for the lemon flavor at all. It was much too strong when mixed with 8 oz. of water like the directions said to do. When I mixed it with 16 oz. of water it tasted somewhat better but it has a medicine like aftertaste. For the price of the box I would not buy it. I drink lemon water all of the time and the flavors are not similar. It does hydrate you, I am sure of that but that would be the only good thing about it. Maybe the other flavors are better but for the price we will not be trying them.

There should be a warning on this product for people that are sensitive to magnesium products. The lemon flavor was bad. My kids wouldn't touch it. I wish I didn't drink it. It made me ill.

I was never really dehydrated but we tried it anyway. I am not a huge fan of lemon and this was no better. I had my kids try it since they normally like lemon in some of their drinks, but they also did not like it. I am not sure if it has the desired effect of keeping anyone hydrated becasue none of us liked it enough to finish a whole bottle of water with it in it.

My daughter plays soccer and stays very active, so I thought this might be good for her. Unfortunately she nor I liked the taste of it. She would not drink enough of it to see if it could have a positive effect on her hydration.

When I got this product, my children and myself were excited to try it. After trying it, it is safe to say that I will not be trying this again!! The taste was awful and my 9 year old, who has an iron clad stomach, was actually gagging while drinking it. So, it is safe to say that I will not be buying this or recommending anyone to buy it.

I can't say that my family cared for the taste or texture that this gave the water. If someone gets sick & this is all you have then it'll do in a pinch, otherwise my family will pass. We may have liked this had it been a different flavor, as far as packaging and portability it was great!

My family had mixed feelings about this product. They all thought it tasted like lemonade. However, my older daughter thought the taste was too bitter and my younger daughter didn't mind it as much. They both said that instead of making them feel hydrated it made them more thirsty.
