I have ADD so my brain is completely cluttered. Someone gave me an article about this natural phospholipid and it is used by people with Alzheimer's and ADD to help with memory. Within a week of taking it, all of a sudden it felt like a fog lifted and I could think clearly. It's hard to explain, but it was kind of like when you have a head cold and the cold medicine starts working. I don't have as much trouble remembering things now because everything isn't as jumbled. The best part is there are only minor known side effects (upset stomach.) Well, the only side effect I've had is my sleep is a little better!
