I received this as a gift, and was a little skeptical at first, because I thought that the recipes were overly simplified. But I tried the cheese puff recipe, and it was great. I've since used a bunch of the recipes.

I really love this cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow, use easy to find ingredients, and are delicious. We especially like the Lemon Chicken with Croutons, my kids even love it!
