I use to LOVE this product until it became really popular. Recently, i've noticed that the smell does NOT last that long, I still need to add fabric softner and detergent to the wash, the smells seem to fight each other. Why should I spend more. I've gone back to using my regular detergent and softner.

I received this product thru a free samples site that I frequent. I have to say I was disappointed in it. I felt the scent was weak and once the clothes came out of the dryer, I didn't really notice enough of a lasting scent to make it worth my while to pay for this product. I'm glad I got the sample because now I won't go and spend money on this in the stores. I will just use my regular detergent and fabric softener that I normally buy.

Smell is too penetrating I am a Downy fan, can't remember ever using anything else. But the Downy Unstopables are just too much scent for me. I have tried to use just a few of the dots but find the scent still too heavy. If you used it in all your laundry ultimately everything in your house (clothes, linens) would all have the same heavy smell. No thanks.

Although the product smells great and does what it claims I don't think it helps with clean the cloths in anyway or really helps it smell much better then using a good detergent. For me it is not worth the price.

Never really liked the scents this product offers. Original Downy is my favorite.

In my opinion, the scent didn't last as long as it should for the price. I prefer to use the Purex crystals.

This really isn't anything more than perfume for your clothes. It smells great and does make the clothes smell good but it's not a softener or anything aside from a freshener. I don't think the price is justified for the limited functions of this product but for those that love scent that much this is it. I would stick with softener though where there's at least a dual purpose. Stick with the free samples and save your wallet.

smells good and lasts a long time but gummed in my water line (HE washer) it was a mess to clean up which is unfortunate because I loved using it on my linens because it did smell so fresh for a week!

received a sample in the mail of this product. I liked it,but way too expensive even if using a coupon.

I love the smell of this product, but wish they would incorporate into the fabric softener, as I find it hard to justify purchasing a third item to do laundry, and I think their cost is a little too high! Great scents, but not really feasible to spend a lot more money on something to just make your clothes smell nice!

I enjoy the scent of this product which, at first, is very detectable, especially if you let your clothes air-dry. I didn't, however, find that this product last even remotely as long as the commercials claim it does. I LOVE fresh-smelling sheets, and bought this product in the hopes that my sheets would smell fresh and newly-washed for more than a few days. No dice, the scent hardly lasted a week. While I do like the product, I find that my standard fabric softener keeps my clothes smelling fresher longer than this does.

This has a very strong smell. The clothes do smell fresh but it may be a little overwhelming if you are sensitive to fragrance. If you have teenage boys or you wash workout clothes on a regular basis I think you would love the way this products works. You sprinkle it directly in the wash before you start your load and it freshens the whole load.

I buy this often. Makes the clothes smell good. One problem is not all the product dissolves and sometimes find it still on the clothes. I don't usually use a lot because it cost a lot and I try to make it last.

These are great to help keep teenagers gym-bags from smelling.

Its a nice product I think i would buy it more if I saw coupons for it more often I do wish the scent lasted longer I feel I have to use a bunch in order to "smell" anything from it
