The Water Bobble is eco-friendly bottle that filters water as you drink. It removes chlorine and organic contaminates from tap water. The filter is made from carbon and recycled plastics. The fiter should be replaced every two months or 40 gallons of use. I have had the Bobble ever since my store (Old Navy) starting selling them. I. LOVE. THIS. PRODUCT. It has saved me tons of money by eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. It makes the city water in my town palatable. And it gives me warm fuzzies to know I'm no longer contributing to the large amount of plastic in my local landfill. I've had to replace the filters more frequently than I'd like - but not because they stopped working. I am, apparently, too hard on mine (the bottle often gets dropped onto hard surfaces like the driveway and the concrete floor at work), and keep breaking the screw-top. My husband, who is more gentle on his Bobble than I, changes his filter only once to my three! :-D But, the filters are still cheaper than the 12-18 cases of water each one replaces... so I'm good with the frequent replacements.

Awesome, awesome invention. I love the built-in filter and I love the shape of the bottle. They are a big hit around my college where we're really into sustainability. My only complaint? They make a horrible noise after you've sipped.
