Although thin they are light, buttery and quite tasty. I have only tried the chocolate chip but I was not dissapointed. There are chock ful of chocolate chips and a butter taste in every bite. This is one of the few cookies where I can not stop at just one in a serving. They don't taste exactly like homemade since they are crispier but they are scrumptious. And I love that they are made with the same ingredients that I would use if baking from scratch.
