Very tough to erase and the ink flow is not as smooth as it could be.

The ink in these pens does not come out enough. The ink is faded and does not COMPLETELY erase.

These are an improvement over erasable pens of yesteryear. I found the pen more comfortable in my hand, and more convenient for erasure, when I left the cap off of the not-where-you-would-expect-eraser-end during use. The pink color pen, though very pretty, is of low contrast against lighter paper, and I do not use it. I enjoyed the purple color for working on puzzles, but I was dismayed that it ran out of ink rather quickly. The pricing seems a bit on the high side. They are not refillable and I dislike that for environmental reasons. The tribal tattooish graphic on the pen barrel suggests permanence, which I found to be a strange association, as it is an erasable pen. I will not be making these a replacement for my everyday pens, and will only buy them if an erasable pen need arises, which I seriously doubt will happen.

This is a big improvement over the erasable pens of the past. This pen writes smoothly, feels comfortable in hand and the ink doesn't smudge like other gel pens. The eraser does seem to a bit small, but it doesn't work like a pencil eraser, so you won't ever rub this one down to nothing. I tried both the pens and highlighters. The highlighters colors when used are not very bright on the page. When using the highlighter over the pen ink, it tends to smudge the ink, even if the pen ink was left to dry for a little while. When using the eraser, the highlighter seems to leave a slight discoloring to the paper. Only noticed this with the darker pink highlight color. When erasing the ink pens, they too leave some discoloring on the page. You can still see what was written even after erased. I don't use a lot of pressure when I write, so to have so left over after I erase it, was a little disappointing. Overall, I would use this pen on occasion, but I would probably not purchase it again.

I started back to college this semester and it was really nice to have these pens. Writing essay tests ink was worrisome until I used these pens. I was able to erase without having a mess. I have also showed them to the other students that I study with and they have been impressed with the pens and highlighters. The only downside is that they have run out of gel already and the semester is only partly done. The highlighters dried up even faster. I will purchase more as long as there is a sale or a coupon available because they are a bit pricy. Sided note, my schools student union actually carries them.

I like the pens, but I don't think that the eraser always takes away all the ink.

I really like these pens they work great, write smooth, and erase cleanly. But they have very short lifespan, as the ink dries up super quickly.

Usable erasable pen! Smooth writing; eraser works well in the short term, but ink residue in the paper will eventually make its way back to the surface; ideal for note-taking.

Simply amazing, especially the highlighters!

Pilot gel pens are my absolute favorite!!! I wasn't sure how I'ld like the erasable ink but I love it. The highlighter I have mixed feelings about, the frixion can smudge some print. All in all, they're great!!!

I too love Pilot pens, they've been my pen of choice in 16 years of proofreading...and erasable? Bonus! The only thing I would improve is the color depth of the black pen...it's not very dark so when I'm scanning and emailing pdfs, if I use the black pen the writing isn't always legible. Love, love, love the highlighters!

I really like the Frixion highlighters! They are fantastic - i love being able to erase my work. I also really like the regular pens, especially the colors. However, the black could use more intensity. I find it is just not dark enough. The erasable pens are especially handy when placing items in my calendar!
