This is very smooth and easily spreadable cheese. The flavor is fantastic. It's great on Ritz crackers.

This is great as a simple spread, but we love to pound chicken breasts, place this in the middle, roll them up, dip in butter, then breadcrumbs, and bake. They are so good and this spread is flavorful and delicious.

I love this product and Ann sent me coupons, which I passed out to family and friends. I think this product is great from dips to potato skins, cracker spread...you name it, it tastes good on it. Ever stuff your celery with Alouette, sprinkled with a little smoked paprika...really good. Alouette has been a favorite of our family for many years.

There is nothing Lite about the flavor of this spread when it comes to taste. My husband and I are hooked. This soft, spreadable cheese is just that: soft. It's airy without sacrificing flavor, and unlike hard cream cheese spreads, you will not have to fish your broken veggies, crackers, or pita chips out if you dip them in (yes, it's a spread, but we couldn't resist). Don't restrict yourself to just crackers and veggies. I have a few ideas of my own, but found some interesting recipes on Allouette's website. Moreover, I looked forward to cutting a corner by using Allouette when preparing appetizers for my next dinner party. Allouette will definitely on my grocery list.

Love this - I have been using alouette spreads for years and this is my favorite. I make my special mashed potatoes by request every year for Thanksgiving: add a this spread into your regular mashed potato recipe, spread them into a pan and put into oven until nicely golden brown on top. Sooooo goooood.

I love this and you don't need to use a lot on a cracker to taste it. I had this with some alomd crackers and it was really delicious!

I love this cheese its one of my favorites. Esp when they put them B1G1 at the store...great for holiday get togethers...Put in a serving bowl and pass off as your own.
