This store has the worst return policy of any children's store I know. Their policy states returns will only be accepted if "tags are attached". I gave my son a pair of pants from TCP for Xmas. Unbeknownst to me, he went to try on the pants and removed the tags. The pants did not fit. I went to the store with: pants, tags, and original sales receipt and they would not allow me to exchange the item for something that actually fits him. I am now out the money I spent to purchase the pants and my son is out an Xmas gift/outfit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I will no longer shop there, though I do think the clothes were cute and durable. I shop alone, so buy a bunch of sizes and have my kids try them on at home, which means I'm always returning things. I save every single receipt, so it's crystal clear what I've bought and the price I've paid. TCPs new policy is they scan your license and limit your returns EVEN with a receipt. Sorry, but some retail store is NOT taking my license and scanning it.

My 3 year old granddaughter needed new shoes and other items so I took her to the The Children' Place, located at Friendly Shopping Center in Greensboro NC. After about 15 minutes of shopping she informed me that she really needed to go "potty", the store manager refused to let her use the restroom in the store. We had to go to another store and use their restroom. If my granddaughter had not been so excited about the shoes she picked out I would have not bought anything, as it is, I will never go there again. A children's store should allow their "little clients" with small bladders to use their restroom. The manager was very rude an the policy is nonsensical and ridiculous.

I am not a fan of this store at all! I feel like every time I have been in there to find clothes for my SON (now 2 1/2), they never have a selection. I think its rediculous that the girls have tons of clearance and sale pieces but the only clothes I can find for my son are regular price and at that the same as MENS clothing. Im kinda a cheap person when it comes to buying clothes for kids because they dont wear it long enough to splurge on shopping!!

Their clothes used to be a little better quality and definitely cuter. Over the years it has continued degrading and even worse, getting more expensive. I decided to buy a pair of jeans and a shirt for my daughter a few months ago, and in ONE wash, the jeans shrank horrendously on the legs and the shirt overall. Never again.

I do not like their clothes, they easily shrink and run small in the first place.

Our local store put up a sign saying, " Restroom is for Customers. Children from Mall Can Use Other Restrooms" The other restroom is clear on the other side, and we can shop if we have to stop! It is ridiculous for a Children's store to have such a lack of consideration for small kids and such a failing grasp of suggestive selling. If they only care for our money and NOT OUR CHILDREN, then I think we should all boycott! One child who frequently uses their restroom has Spina Bifida and will now have to hold it and walk a much farther distance! Unconsciousable!

Beware they are ripping you off I bought 3 hats from their store for $11 each. The very next day I saw the same hats online for $7 each. I called the store and online customer service to enquire about a possible price adjustment. They told me they don't do that. That all their stores and online have different prices and promotions. So what's the point of being a franchise if I have to search all store locations and online to find the cheapest price? Ridiculous policy, ridiculous pricing. I understand not adjusting weeks later, not applying a coupon after the fact, not adjusting to competitors' prices, but having different prices at different stores/online and not matching your own prices is ridiculous. P. S. And yes, their clothing sizes are always off, that's why I was only buying hats.

The Children's Place is way too expensive. Their clothes aren't even of very good quality. I washed two shirts I bought for my son and the colors bled so bad I had to work and work with stain remover before he could even wear them.

I like the store but I am a mother of twins and I can never get the double stroller around in the store. The store is always packed full of stuff.

I love the jeans. Great construction, price, and color. However, I'm not in love with the rest of the clothes. The colors are too loud and trendy.

Great prices but it is almost impossuble to buy online. Your clothes dissapaer from your cart, if you call with your order number they can't bring back your items to their screen.

Sometimes they have cute clothes, just make sure you wait for a sale. Their clothes tend to be loud enough for a clown.

They have some really nice clothing when we go shopping for our nieces & nephews however the prices are a little on the high side

Love the clothes, but I will say at times their clothes are a bit high priced. I only shop here when there is a big sale going on.
