I use to get Netflix but, then they started to take there time mailing me my movie's out. Then movies I would get were in such bad shape they skipped now I use Red box a dollar a movie better deal in the long run plus I get free codes often

They lost my business (after ten years?!?!?!) when they divided up the plans and our monthly charges doubled! What is worse, they don't care. They say they'll keep enough people who are willing to pay more, to make up for the people who do leave. Well then, bye bye Netflix, I've moved on! Long live Hulu!

DISLIKE....was a subscriber but was always on the waiting list for new releases and it started to get old. Plus dvds were scratched or they skipped, which was frustrating!

I did a trial of Netflix, and I was not impressed. It would be better if they actually had NEW releases. I had never even heard of half of the movies that were listed. The only good thing is that it is inexpensive.

I once was a big fan of Netflix. Was a member for 4 years....but when they hiked the prices and tried to change the company I was displeased. When the information leaked that the man in charge did not care about the current customers his only interest was chasing new ones, I quit my subscription. I figure the only quick way we can make positive change in this world is where we spend our money. If we quit spending with those whose practices displease us it will affect their bottom line and perhaps they will make changes

I really don't like Netflix they only have old movies they don't have new ones. It's boring! I do not recommend Netflix!

Netflix is always advertising that you can watch movies & TV shows from your gaming console or computer/laptop, what they fail to mention is that all of the programs & movies available to stream are outdated. The only way to watch new or even current releases is through their mail program, which you have to enroll in separately & pay another $7.99 a month. They also do not like to make it know that they are no longer contracted with Starz or Disney which means you can't stream ANY of their movies. Blockbuster Movie Pass was a much better fit for our family, and does offer current movies.

I think for the amount of new movies they offer this service doesnt really pay for itself. Personally i found after a couple weeks we had watched all the movies we wanted and unless you plan on watching very old movies or t.v. shows then this service is a waste of money!

So, I kinda like Netflix, but I feel like it has gone down hill. Most the movies are just bad b rated movies. I want to see new releases, awesome classics, and Disney! Also, Netflix has slowly raised their prices on me. Not cool. I'm afraid Block Buster and the soon to be released Red Box subscription will take over. I'm close to getting rid of Netflix.

I haven't been able to find any movies that I'm interested in lately. Many of them are either boring or inappropriate.

Had it for 6 months. We always end up back to regular TV because the movies where old, not interesting or inappropriate for my kids. My kids never liked any of the kids programs and/or movies. Went back to cable :S

i don't have a netflix account anymore but when i did it was not that great they did not have much to watch i had seen most of the movies and TV shows they had on the site

We received Netflix as a gift and initially I would have given it 5 stars but now that we have had it I've noticed it's not updated with new movies. It takes a good 40 days for new release movies to appear. Also as soon as I find a tv series I want to watch, it won't have all of the episodes and have never been updated. I hate getting into a show just to end up only having a few seasons available. How do i continue watching?? Very frustrating because it's a great concept but needs lots of tweaking.

I have the dvds sent to me because our internet is not fast enough to do the instant viewing. I used absolutely love Netflix but now I'm sliding more towards frustrated. For some reason they are now ungodly slow in getting new movie releases. It wasn't that way before, so I'm not sure what's going on, but it's darn frustrating. The only reason we haven't dropped Netflix yet is because it is still the best place we've found to get older or obscure movies or TV shows without having to actually buy them. If they still had quick availability of new releases I'd probably have rated this five stars.

I like netflix but i think they need more movies then tv episodes and i like to see some new movies on it since you pay for it for sure....
