I bought blue buffalo because I was feeding Merrick & every other day Merrick was having another recall. So I switched to Blue & what a disaster, My 10yr old Sharpei broke out in Hives all over her body, My 5yr old Sharpei started to lose his hair. After reading whats in it, I felt awful feeding it to them. grains which can reek havoc on a dog & white potatoes. I am now feeding Orijan foods, & yes its very expensive but I would rather spend the money on good quality food than a monthly vet bill. They look great & feel great.

After being through two food recalls with this company in one year....for the same issue, I will no longer use this brand

Bought it because it was supposed to be really good and natural and my dog wasn't liking her current brand of dog food. She loved the taste but got sick from it. I will not buy this brand again.

My dogs did not gobble up this food as they did others. It is very good for your dogs health, so if someone has a dog that enjoys it, I would recommend it.

the food is fine, but its expensive! compare labels there are other foods that have been around longer, gone through more testing and are just as good for your pet. I dont think blue buffalo is worth the expense. I had my dog on the sweet potato recipe and he was so so about. Didnt notice a change when I switched to another high quality, more affordable, get more for the buck brand. Its up to you really.

I wanted to give my dog the best dog food I could (while still being able to afford it and get it at the local petsmart.) She is a 9lb bichon-poo and she eats it just fine, but when the bag is fresh she doesnt like the 'balls' that are in the mix! I think they might be too hard for her little mouth!

I was so thrilled when I finally found a quality food that my two Shih Tzus would eat! But have they changed the formula recently? They still really enjoy the food itself, but every one of those little LifeSource vitamin bits are now carefully picked out and spit onto the floor. They definitely don't like the taste of them. I don't remember those being there when I first started buying Blue Buffalo. Other than that, it's great food that my vet recommends. I mix together the regular adult formula with the light formula to cut the calories a bit.

This is truly a quality dog food made of all natural & necessary ingredients. My dogs loved the taste and I felt good serving this to them knowing they were getting the very best ingredients. I ended up having to switch my dogs to a different lower priced dog food just because I could not afford the high price of Blue dog food.

LOVE the FREEDOM Grain Free dog food. It was recommended to me by both a groomer and vet for my shih tzus tear eyes problem. They liked the food and after a couple days their eye issue had almost completely diminished but, the price is out of my budget for two dogs. If the price was lower I would have give 5 stars. They need to start producing more coupons.

I've recently switched my dog over to Blue Buffalo and so far so good. It is a little more expensive than some brands, but it was comparable to what I was feeding him. He loves this food and eats regularly, as opposed to grazing his old food. I liked the ingredients in it and he is happy, so I'm happy.

My vet recommends it and my dog eats it. Win!

My dog had seizures for years, I did a lot of research because of it and changed her food many times. I changed over to blue buffalo 4 years ago, and she stopped having seizures and her fur has never been as shiny and healthy. Both my dogs love it, and to me it is well worth the high price.

Great dog food Our german shepherd dogs all love Blue buffalo dog food we get the Large breed type. It's so great for them and it's healthy too. Keeps their coats looking shiny and healthy. Gives them all their energy for the day. I would always recommend Blue buffalo, My cat eats the same brand as well.

Pup Approved My Samoyed loves any and all BLUE dog food, and seeing as how it's the healthiest and best out there I'm more than ok with that! Anything to keep my girl healthy and happy and beautiful!
