We're dreaming of the holidays! Do you have an Elf on the Shelf or a Mensch on the Bench? Where do you get ideas for where to move this little guy at night? What's the best place he has been? I have a girl and boy Elf on the Shelf but truthfully they are sitting in a bag on my shelf. I collect stuffed toys and stuff so they are bagged to keep them clean.

I don't have either but will be getting one this year if I don't Win one. We have been empty nesters for over 5 years but have our first grandchild arriving Oct 26th so I will be doing more things like I used to when my daughters were Young.

We have an Elf on the Shelf. I don't go crazy with having him do things but I do move him around and try to kind of hide him because the kids love to find him. I don't really remember the best place but I imagine my hubby would have been responsible for it.

The elf on the shelf is so much fun during the holidays. The kids never know where he will show up next.
