We're dreaming of the holidays! Do you have an Elf on the Shelf or a Mensch on the Bench? Where do you get ideas for where to move this little guy at night? What's the best place he has been? I put him different places, sometimes on the mantle, sometimes in a potted plant, whatever comes to mind.

Friends have an elf and they forgot to put him away on Christmas. Their granddaughter found him hiding on the TP roll in the bathroom.

I actually have never done it before :/ I moved to the US 3 years ago and we will def do it with our kids once we have them :D very excited

I've never done the elf on the shelf. I just love the sights and smells of the holiday season, family gatherings, and cookie baking!

We have two elves and an elf pet. They like to hide in the pantry so the kids find them when looking for their breakfast.
