Italian food is my favorite. I love Chicken Marsala!! The best place to order Chicken Marsala is from Carmines in Chicago.

Thai!!! Green curry chicken soup! Ohh soo good! it has eggplant, bamboo shoots, coconut milk, green curry, chicken, green beans and just the right amount of spice. Have yet to make it myself but when my husband and I spoke to the waiter at our favorite Thai restaurant he told us to get white rice with it. Apparently it is what chicken noodle soup is to us. Have to say I would take Thai Green Curry soup over chicken noodle soup everyday!

I really like Near East dishes, Moroccan, Indian, Ethiopian, Thai, South American. I love ethic foods of all varieties!

Korean food is the best. I enjoy their noodles dishes and rice taste sooo much better than Chinese and the best part they a good size portion and you until you are satisfied.
