1. Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Toss potatoes in olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh herbs (optional).

2. Honey Butter Green Beans

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb fresh green beans (or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Steam or boil green beans until tender (about 5 minutes).
  • In a pan, melt butter and stir in honey.
  • Add green beans and toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.

3. Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 round loaf of bread (like sourdough)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut the bread in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then drizzle into the cuts.
  • Stuff shredded cheese into the cracks.
  • Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until melted and crisp.

I have to bring my spicy stuffing! It is always a big hit. What makes it different than regular stuffing? I use spicy sausage and poblano peppers to give it a little kick. Since we live in the South, there is no such thing as spicy, just delicious. The best part is that is only gets better each day, so I make it a day ahead of time before popping it in the over to warm up for friends and family.

Oh my! my favorite dish would have to be the cheesy pull apart bread! I love cheese and eat it with almost everything I cook. It looks well-seasoned and easy to prepare for my family. I especially like the garlic and Italian seasoning added to it.

I tend to make baked mac and cheese with bacon for potluck situations if I don't do a dessert. The pull-apart bread looks simple and delicious!
