When my dad was deployed overseas he found out he was able to take a quick trip home for Thanksgiving. He flew 23 hours just to be with us for one day, and then flew 23 hours back. He now lives across the country and if I ever need him, he doesn’t hesitate to drop everything and hop on a plane. - Melissa
My grandfather helped me buy my first car when I was 17 and always changed my oil and helped maintain the car for me. I liked spending that time with him and to a 17-year-old with her first car, it meant a lot to me! - Stephanie
My husband, Drew, has been drawing some cartoons of my daughter Franny occasionally - and posts them on the Instagram page he created for her called frannypancakes. She loves seeing the drawings of herself and it's really sweet for me to remember some of our funny moments with her. - Emily

My dads been gone a long time but he was always the best whenever we were sick he'd set us up on the couch with the tv and make us eggs and English muffins
My dad always made me feel safe and protected.
My dad may not have been able to love me the way I wanted but he was doing the best he could with what he was taught. He always made sure I had clothes and food and a roof over my head.
When I struggled to get the charcoal to light during a cookout, he helped me get it done.
My Dad made sure I knew how to work on cars, use tools, and so much more, so that I would never be dependent on someone else to do things that men usually were the ones to do way back when. It saved me many times and I have to thank him for it all; from knowing how to fix my engine, change a tire, build or fix things around the home, to surviving in the woods, he just wanted his little girl to always be safe. Love you Dad!!!!
My father helped by husband build us our dream home!
My dad has always dropped everything to come help me when I need it. Recently that was getting a snake out of my garage. Thank God for Daddys.
My dad has always been supportive of me :)
Supporting me through thick and thin, even when we don't see eye to eye.
My dad has been supportive throughout my life.
My dad gives the best advice/life lessons when I need them most :)
Something I remember that my dad would do is he would always take us for our first day of school even if he had to miss work and he wouldn't miss any teachers conference we had. He would tell us that education is very important.
I love my dad because he has always been there for me, he raised 5 kid's and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed & sometimes what we wanted! He's not just an amazing dad, he is my best friend!❤️
My dad has been nothing but supportive with any dream I have ever had. In certain situations where it was out of comfort zone or didn't know what to do, he helped me as much as he could as well as give me space to learn on my own.
My sons try to be the best dads ever!
