My mom!
My mom is my hero because after working in nursing for 32 years, she retired and was able to spend about 10 years with my daddy before he died suddenly. Since his passing, she has devoted herself to taking care of my 90 year old grandma who has Alzheimer's.
My friend Jen and her fight with cancer and how she stayed strong and didnt let it knock her down
Definitely my mom Margaret, she has always been there for all her kids through all successes and failures, guiding us and giving us motivation when needed.
Mom and grandma who both instilled love of gardening, entertaining and cooking..tradition. Great southern ladies. Also Sally Ride, Sue Cook and Marjorie Stoneman Douglas. I've met two, worked along side one..remarkable women in the sciences and or marine ecology biology and who all left a mark. All had to work especially hard in a mans world. Despite the name sake and tragedy of the latter name MSD I hope people will research this amazing woman.
My teacher from the University is still my hero after many years. She gave me personal attention and taught me about art when the male teachers either ignored me or insulted me. She is a great painter and held her own in spite of being in a male dominated field.
My mother Jackie Cook has inspired me. She is such an incredible woman who works hard and is always there for her family.
My mother - she is so strong.
My mom.
of course my mom. she has overcome so much and always been there for her kids.
Good moms in general inspire me. The ones who do what they do daily, without the help of nannies or maids or an entourage of people behind them. Just your everyday moms trying to do the best for their families, no matter what they have to give up or do without. Moms are powerful forces.
My mom!
My sister.Shes no longer on earth but all she instilled in me still carry me to make it in life. She had so much wisdom.
My mom inspires and encourages me. She's such a wise, loving, selfless woman and is always willing to help, listen, give a hug and share wisdom. Just love her and appreciate all shes taught me. She's one of the most disciplined woman and she inspires me to be a better woman, wife, and mom.
My bff she been through some though time with her physical health but she keeps going, living a normal life, not giving up on look for employment. She just lives and doesn't complain or let things get her down
