conditioning

My hair feels more healthy when I use less heat.
Condition your hair thoroughly and flip hair forward to rinse with cold water, it really locks in the smoothness and makes your hair feel much healthier.
My hair is thinning a bit so I use coconut oil and embrace my natural curls. Laying off the heat and accepting big crazy curls has helped by hair look healthy and full. On those really bad hair days when the frizz hits, a messy bun makes it look like I have the same thick, full hair I did at 20.
