I use a beachy-waves leave-in spray that gives my hair soft volume without weighing it down.

taking fish oil pills!
My favorite styling tips include the following: I wash my hair two to three times a week, max. I avoid steamy hot showers and shampoo my scalp, my your ends. I Towel-dry my hair before applying conditioner. My brushing routine includes brushing my hair twice a day, from the bottom up. I use a low-heat setting for hairdrying and point the nozzle down, not side-on. I use castor oil, olive oil and dry shampoo for styling
I change up my part regularly. I also use a little mousse.
I've been losing my hair due to my lupus for months and just started using #womansrogaine. But to keep it full and healthy looking. I wash it with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner, then use a volumizing mousse, and blow dry on the lowest setting with a large round brush. Finishing off with just a spritz of anti-humidity hairspray.
A nice deep conditioning

I have really full hair, my trick is not brushing out until it is dry after a shampoo.
What I do for my hair, wash, comb, mousse or gel, and go. Never use a blow dryer or iron unless absolutely necessary.
