I have always loved to exercise, so I have never had a problem utilizing my home gym. (no outside motivation needed). My favorite workout tapes for the past 30 some odd years are The Firm. I especially like volumes 1-5. They offer a total body workout that promises a change in 10 workouts and you will see a change. Many of my Firm tapes are VHS, so I still have a VHS player in my workout room.
