I am an avid runner. I have been running for decades. I never seem to be able to reach my goals, but I am able to fun 4-5 miles at a time, usually 4 times a week. I have been coveting a fitbit for the longest time!
What is your favorite way to exercise? I use to go to the gym, but I have learned to enjoy the creation of the world. I simply walk 40 minutes each direction, 4 times a week. It's so refreshing and wonderful to see the scenery.
