Laying in bed, sleeping usually helps me to feel better when I am sick! I also like to cuddle up in my footie pajamas!
Rest, rest, rest...hot soup, hot tea and lots of water. It also helps to take DayQuil and Nyquil.
I like taking a hot bath with Epsom salt.

The best thing for my family and I when we are sick is plenty of rest, soup and a lot of fluids. I always make sure to have plenty of tissues on hand for the really bad cold days.
Being able to stay home and someone else be able to take care of my 3 kiddos so I can rest and get back to my routine! Never a good time to be sick, but when you have kids...ain't nobody got time for that!
