I am very fortunate that my sister is a pastry chef and she always brings homemade pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving. I make the turkey and dressing.

My favorite is to make Pumpkin Bread in the fall. Pumpkin and cinnamon go hand in hand with the cool temperatures and crisp walks in the autumn leaves.

Pumpkin ravioli is usually my "go-to" in the fall, but I'm actually going to try a new appetizer as well - crusted pumpkin wedges with a mustard dipping sauce. YUM!!!!!

I want to try more pumpkin recipes - I feel we do not utilize pumpkin as much as we should the pancakes look great and the soup - I will probably try both and I want to make cookies and try pumpkin on the grill too or in other recipes!!
