Will be carving my 1st pumpkin with the kids this year. I stick to the traditional recipes we have been following from generations . We all love baked stuff , but being more watchful over the sugar and making a switch to everything coconut. Fall is so fun.
The stuffed pumpkin is TOO cool. No need for a centerpiece if you have that!!!

I attempted to make pumpkin pie fudge last year, but failed. I'm determined to get it to come out right, so I'll be making it soon! :)
My favorite is to make Pumpkin Bread in the fall. Pumpkin and cinnamon go hand in hand with the cool temperatures and crisp walks in the autumn leaves.
Pumpkin ravioli is usually my "go-to" in the fall, but I'm actually going to try a new appetizer as well - crusted pumpkin wedges with a mustard dipping sauce. YUM!!!!!
I'm making so many things with pumpkin this year but the best by far is a pumpkin soup recipe I found on Pinterest. It is so good I'll probably make it year round haha
