I love to make homemade pumpkin pies, roasted pumpkin seeds, muffins, as well as caramel apples with chopped peanuts. Im going to try and make some pumpkin soup this season.

Pumpkin pie is my fave, but I'm also making pumpkin cake bars, pumpkin bread, and adding pumpkin spice to my coffee. Will try the pumpkin pancakes too! YUM!!!
