I get dehydrated very easily and it ruins my whole day with a debilitating headache and nausea.

My daughter & I don't drink enough water. This would really help me make sure my daughter across dehydration. Dehydration can sneak up on you at any time, but especially when sick. My daughter became so dehydrated during a bout of diarrhea that she had to be hooked up to an IV for 3 hours! That was such an emotional day. This would make me feel so much better!

I live in SoCal, so heat is part of every day life. I also...forget to drink water, as unbelievable as it may sound. Sometimes....i go the entire day and realize I had maybe a cup or two? This would come handy!

I'd like to give this a try. I work hard and play hard and never seem to drink enough water. I'd love to see if this could help me remain hydrated!!

When it comes to my children and myself, we don't drink enough water so trying this product I think would help us out a lot! I wouldn't have to worry about my children not drinking enough water to keep the hydrated!!
