I would try this as would my daughter. We both get so dry especially in the winter.

It's so hard to emphasize hydration to the little ones and this looks to be promising for that issue!

I get terribly dehydrated after marathon work meetings at LEAST once a week. I'm always looking for a good solution afterwards but find typical sports drinks to sweet for me. Would love to try this.
